I can edit pages but no one else can

I am running into a problem where I can change everything and modify pages however the other person that is running the blog cannot. He will go to the page, change something and press Update. Then when the page refreshes, the text that he wrote disappears and the page reverts back to what it was prior to him changing anything.

Any ideas on this or even how to troubleshoot it?
