I can no longer access my account

I have been using WP Job managers for nearly ten years. My plugings displayed license not active. I was set up on automatic payments. So, I went to login to my account and update or renew licenses. I cannot get into my account using my former credentials. And, when I try using the code retrieval method? I get an email with the code but there is no text area to insert the code into. I tried getting support using the AI or chat box but that was useless in my situation. This is URGENT. I have purchased the bundle for many years. Please?
