I can no longer get into my site

I can no longer get in
It doesn’t like my password anymore. However I can’t recover one either. For some reason wordpress can’t find my email address anymore either
My email is correct. I’ve used it for years. However wordpress can’t find it anymore.
I’ve spent thousands on this website. Does this mean it’s now lost? Can I get into my website again?
