I can no longer get into my site

  • I installed and activated three plugins last evening, Paid Memberships Pro, BB Press for Paid Memberships Pro, and Ultimate Member. I suspect I have an incompatibility problem between these, however I cannot deactivate them because I no longer have site access. I’m getting an error message from https://www.rotarywasheclub.org/wp-admin/. Any suggestions welcome as to how I can overcome this.

  • Use an FTP or your host’s control panel to manually delete the plugins. They’ll be in the wp-content/plugins folder. If you want, delete them one at a time to determine which one is causing the error.
