I can Not access blog through log in

    Add the following lines to your wp-config.php:

    define('WP_HOME','https://phonefreedomjamaica.com/blog');
define('WP_SITEURL','https://phonefreedomjamaica.com/blog');

    This will override the settings in the General settings page, so should get you in – then change the settings in general settings and you should be able to take the new lines out of wp-config.php

    Do I need to put these lines at any particular place in wp-config.php?

    usually edits to wp-config go right above the ‘That’s all, stop editing’ line

    Also, https://go.rvoodoo.com/WPurl has various info to remedy your situation, with all the codex links, etc
