i can not activate plugin , does not accept reciept number

I TRY TO ACTVATE THE CBPRESS FOR WORDPRESS AND THIS IS WHAT IT TELLS ME..
i purchased plugin via clickbank . as it asked , i input reciept number but it does not accept it and give error :

Please enter a valid ClickBank Receipt

if i enter paypal transaction id , strangly it gives another error :

An order does not exist for the ClickBank Receipt number entered.

please fix this as soon as possible .

Hello, we did have some compatibility issues with the latest version of WordPress (3.5) We just loaded and tested another new version of CBPRESS last night as activation was broken when the latest version of WordPress came out. If you could deactivate the plugin and tell WordPress to remove the old plugin files… Then download it again by using the “add new” plugin link through your WordPress admin area. From that page just search for CBPRESS and click “install now” to reinstall it, then activate the plugin. This should fix the registration problems and some widget conflicts that are being caused by the newest version of WordPress.
