I can not change the admin email

I can not change the administrator’s email, you are not saving the change. When putting new admin email in general options and save, when leaving and back the changes are not there.

I have tried the following procedures and it did not solve!

1) deactivate/activate the plugin and clear cache files
2) deactivate all your plugins and check if the options work in that case
3) use another browser when making the changes.
