I can not create a new slider

Hello,

I need your help.
I can not create a new slider,
I go to Appearance>>customize>>content:home,post>>slider options and select “create a new slider” that the new window go to the media page so I select the image but no function to add or select this image for my slider.
I try to find more solution but can not.
How I can create a new slider?
Please suggest me.
