Can you give more details about the case? Are you talking about front-end editing? Back-end editing? Are you logged-in as an admin/agent or a client?

The problem as giving treatment to edit a ticket and did not offer me buttons edit if I see in the video to change or correct something, I suspect a plugin called PDF & Print by BestWebSoft but nonetheless removal, conduct plugin remains disordered, for example by clicking on view Ticket sends me to a page to see all the conversations of the ticket but sometimes lets me respond on herself and at other times I indicates a poster: “to respond to this ticket, please go to the administration panel. ”

I still don’t know in which situation you’re trying to edit a ticket ?? Anyways, the original ticket body is never editable if that’s what you’re asking. This is a conscious decision. We believe once submitted, the content of a ticket should not be changed otherwise the entire conversation could make no sense. Only replies are editable.

If you’re seeing the message “to respond to this ticket, please go to the administration panel” it means you’re trying to reply to a ticket as an agent on the front-end. Agents must reply to tickets on the back-end of WordPress.
