I can not erase the longs

I am afraid this is the end of life for this plugin for us and all our clients.

this sucks.
the thread @lechon mentioned is already locked.
my database is 29mb, table itsec_logs is 22mb out of it and there’s no option to clear that out.

They are locking threads deleting comments that are not favorable to them etc.
You will have to go manually and clear the logs via phpMyAdmin

sure they do, locking threads and stopping discussion on the subject.
already emptied the table through phpmyadmin (db went from 23mb to 6mb), but that is really nuts.

The author’s are not doing that, the moderators are when the topics stop being productive. As I may do with this topic. No plugin author can do that in these forums though that may change in the future.

Here’s why: when you pile onto a topic it stops being productive. If you need support then per the forum guidelines please start your own topic.

That’s how these forums work. These are support forums not discussion forums. In this case, the author already replied on another topic about that very feature.

These volunteer forums aren’t for any customers and you do have a choice to use a different plugin. The author’s made a design decision and if they do not want to reverse that then I’m afraid that’s all there is to it.
