I can not get the install to run to completion

  • I have expanded all files and uploaded the files to my site, then added the information needed into the wp-config.php file. When I try to run the wp-admin\install.php I receive this message.

    There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started. and the program wants to create the config file that is already in place and is correctly made as far as I can tell. Is this a problem on my end or the host site end?
