Do you have a backup you can go back to prior to doing the update?

not to go back,I can not go again nor at Sait nor in admin

Try this….

1. rename your theme directory wp-content/themes/yourtheme to yourtheme-bak
2. rename your plugins directory wp-content/plugins to plugins-bak

That will get you back to the default theme with no plugins activated. Then you can activate the theme & plugins again one by one and see which one is the problem.

Also I would suggest that you setup a backup and schedule it everyday. I have been using backwpup successfully.

With you web host control panel access via the web or ftp

Login to your web control panel and access the file manager. Follow the instructions that I have given to rename the directories. Let us know when you have done that.
