can’t find my blod / i can’t log in

hi, guys

i have a big problem.
i have 2 domains with the same host, and tried to move my existing blog from one domain to another.1. I uploaded all files to the new directory (step 4 – installation)2. I went to the Administration > Settings > General panel.
In the box for WordPress address (URI): i changed the address to the new location of my main WordPress core files.
In the box for Blog address (URI): i changed the address to the new location, which did not match the WordPress address (URI) – i want the blog on an inside page, not the home page. And then clicked on Update.
So, I screwed up everithing. I can not find my blog now it is not on any of my domains, When i try to open https://www.tipishop.com/wordpress – this is the original domain i used to create the blog, i am being redirected to https://www.onlineshopspot.com/wordpress – the new domain where i wanted the blog to be moved to i get this message “There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file. I need this before we can get started. Need more help? We got it. You can create a wp-config.php file through a web interface, but this doesn’t work for all server setups. The safest way is to manually create the file.”
Why am i being asked to do that, i have already created wp-config.php

how to fix it
