    I’m sorry, but your SendWP account isn’t supported here and the author’s can’t have this conversation here either. They can only support the code.

    Please find some other way to reach them that does not include these forums.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well and any topics related to any service they have.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
