I can not pay with points

  • hi When i start to use your pugin everything was well after one week when i try pay with point i saw i can not pay with points please help me

    Thanks for reaching out.
    If we have understood your question correctly then , please check if the Pay with points feature is active- This can be found in Gratisfaction admin–> Loyalty and Referral Program–> Points setup–>Pay with points – Slide this to ON
    If we haven’t understood your question correctly, then can you kindly email us at [email protected] clarifying the issue and also the email address that you’ve used to sign up with us. This will help us to go into your account and review the settings.
