I can not save bank account number

Please tell me the solution…

Hello,

Bank account information is not displayed anywhere on the site. This is stored with the vendor for use by the marketplace admins to send money manually to their vendors for payments.

If the fields are not saving, this is either a theme or plugin conflict. Please follow our debugging guide to determine which it is.

Hello,

This is a core feature and there is no way to remove this from the use edit page. Only admins and the user themselves can see these fields. No one else.

I upgraded it to 2.1.11 and tested it.
It does not solve.

The site administrator can save the vendor’s Bank Account Number.
However, vendors can not save Bank Account Number.

After the administrator saves the bank account number, the vendor can not delete it in the vendor dashboard.

We confirmed this issue and working on the fix. The fix will be shipped in the next update soon.

Meanwhile, you should use https://your-domain.com/vendor_dashboard/shop_settings/ to update your bank information.

We’ll be pushing a new release later this week or early next week depending the progress of the issues we’re currently working on. If however you need the fix now you can download the latest zip from our GitHub.

https://github.com/wcvendors/wcvendors

You will need to rename the folder as our official release requires wc-vendors as the folder name and the zip will be wcvendors-master so its best you download this zip file, extract, rename the folder and zip it up again. Then upload it to replace your current marketplace version.
