We are unable to replicate this issue in our installs. Could you perform our standard debugging to see if a particular plugin or theme is causing the issue?

WooCommerce version: 3.6.4
Errors also occur with storefront

An error occurs in WC Vendors Marketplace version 2.1.11. (Tested in 2.1.9 but error occurs)

PHP version: Error with 7.2.17 (tested with 7.1.5 but error occurs)

Preview is possible, but
When the vendor presses the release button (WordPress error you do not have permission to access this page)

I tested only with the woocommerce & wcvendors plugin, but an error occurs.

Please tell me the solution.

Can you please try resetting your vendor roles.

WooCommerce > Status > Tools – Reset vendor roles.

We have been unable to replicate this issue in any of our environments.

Resetting vendor roles did not resolve.

However
If I check Publish Approval and I do not check Edit Live Products, an error occurs.
“WordPress Error You are not authorized to view this page”

If I check Publish Approval and then I check Edit Live Products, no errors occur.
“A product has been released. Link to display product page”

Is this not a bug?

Hello,

These two options cannot be selected as you have at this time. If you want vendors to be able to publish directly they will also need edit functionality.

This is due to limitations in the wordpress admin area. If you want more finer grained control over how vendors publish and edit their products you can get this with our Pro product.
