• Until yesterday I was able to see the stats of my blog, today I have this message:

Your WordPress.com account, is not authorized to view the stats of this blog.

So? what can I do? why can I see the stats of my own blog?

    Help! pleaseeeee!

  • I am not sure that this problem is entirely fixed. My Stats graph has a number of daily viewers for today that is about twenty times higher than the “views today” line at the bottom of the same page. All sounds very flaky.

Can anyone recommend a worthy alternative stats plugin? Is Google Analytics the next best option?

I should also add that amid these recent foibles, WP Stats has been counting my views, including views of draft posts, in totals. Anyone else seeing that?

Problem has NOT been fixed for everyone. I still cannot access statistics, and get the not authorized error. However, it was working until recently and I did not change ANY settings. Simply using a different plugin to track stats seems like a pretty bad “fix”.

Now I can see my stats but they are not counting since 5 days ago? anyone knows what ‘s going on?

Replace the wp-stats plugin with Jetpack.
