i can not upload image

  • i can not upload any images to my posts or to library of my site
    it says “folder 2019/10 can not be created, ” and then i will translate (my site is foreign language), “can one upper level be created by the server” or something like that

    what must i do?
    i have latest wp and theme version

  • This is often caused by file permission issues. Check with your host and make sure that your install directory is writable by your user and group. Files should be set to 644 and directories to 755.

    If that doesn’t work, try deactivating plugins and see if that helps.
