I can say Justhost is a Rubbish Hosting company. Don't host your wordpress there

It is a real nightmare to host my wordpress site in Justhost and I wonder it is the same in blue host because I heard they are sister company.

1. My website down for some hours EVERY week, but when raise issue to support, they just said it is no problem.

2. When I tried to install the second wordpress site in my hosting account with their cpanel fantastico, their cpanel had DESTORYED my first wordpress site totally, I need to restore a back up image of my hosting account resulting a lost of many data. They just said it is not their fault and don’t admit it as their cpanel problem!!!

3. How they solve the problem then? Afer pushing them many times, they setup the wordpress for me BUT it still comes with a lot of problem!!!!

4. Their instant chat support usually down and cannot access. When submit ticket and after waiting for 5-6 hourse, they will response radiculously that my account had been cancelled!!!!

5. I have asked for refund from Just Host but they still have no response to my refund. What can I do to get my money back??

Would someone may suggest a hosting of wordpress that are really “work”?

Really never think about to use Justhost, in my experience their hosting usually down, their support is totally not helpful, rubbish and will just play you around!!!!
