Before moving forward, can you please share the code that was used via: Code Snippets?

Yes, I tried, but my catalog items’ top menu looks different from the one I can see from your link. once I select the item I want to delete, I don’t get a delete button at the top. I have to click on the item; then to the left, a window appears where I get a button “edit item,” but when I try to delete it, the button is inactive, and I get the following message – “This item was added to your catalog using WooCommerce. To avoid your manually made edits being overwritten in the future, update it on WooCommerce.”

Let’s take it from the top, then, starting here:

I’ve followed the instructions and reset all the products using code snippets and then added them again

First, the cache needs to be deactivated, as one can see from the System Status Report that advanced-cache.php is activated as a drop-in plugin.

Then, instead of resetting all products, feel free to go ahead with using the other script; the one for deleting all products.

Subsequently, make sure the products are indeed deleted and not showing-up on Facebook.

As a last step, go ahead with adding all the products again.
