I can upload all the fields of the same group together in format. cvs?

Depending on how many conditions, you can paste them in the text view. You need to convert your CSV file to this format first though:

show [group-name] if [field-name] equals "field value"

PS: you will probably run into performance issues with more than 100 conditions, so it might be better to custom code something with JavaScript. That being said, I’m working on an update (version 1.9) that should allow for unlimited conditions without slowing down the site too much. So keep an eye out for that one.
