It depends on how they are set up?

Can you give me an outline of your structure and how cities & bus’ are defined in WP? For example, are the cities posts, and the routes taxonomies?

For now I only have routes online and are defined how pages (wordpress pages)

But I think is neccesary have all the information in taxonomies, I can put in taxonomies cities and routes or whats is the bes for the plugin working fine?

Ok I’m having a little trouble imagining what you are exactly trying to do…

Could you explain a little more… ?

What the user will do exactly, do they have 2 lists –

From / To – with a dropdown of cities?

And when they press search, they will get a list of routes that are available to both cities?

IE so…

City 1 has the routes – 4, 9, 12
City 2 has the routes – 6, 7, 12
City 3 has the routes – 7, 12, 19

——

Soooo.. if a user selects:

From: City 1
To : City 3

The search will show Route 4

If a user does a search:

From: City 2
To : City 3

The search will show Route 7 & Route 12?

If this is the case, then your Routes need to be WordPress Posts/Pages, and your Cities need to be a custom taxonomy…

The problem is for now I have a routes in WP Pages, but for another information (no only the route -hours, maps, news, etc-) – I like me show only the pages with map

Then I think should be create a separate wordpress instalation for this searchs… or it is possible have custom taxanomies for routes and cities (or more easy, filter the pages)?

I think what you want is custom post types ?? Have a look in to those..

You could have a custom post type called “routes” – which is different to pages.

Then the plugin could search only the Custom Post Type of Routes, with the custom taxonomies (cities) ??

And you could have all the other pages you need separately and not integrated in to the search!

Unfortunately this is a bit out of the support for this plugin.

I would suggest you take a look at the plugins I linked above and figure out how to use taxonomies & custom post types.
