I cannot access my site any more

I can still access my site dashboard https://wordpress.com/stats/day/diyalogum.com but not my site diyalogum.com. Below is the error message. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
Apparently other people can access it since I see that the statistics are not dead.
