I cannot assign permissions to the Popup Builder plugin

  • I tried to assign permissions to Popup Builder so that editors can publish popups.
    Unfortunately, the menu item Popup Builder is not shown in the backend menu and I don’t know if the permissions are assigned correctly.

    What should I do to check it works fine?
