I cannot change to another active theme

Does the issue persist with all plugins deactivated and the Twenty Fourteen theme active?

Also, please don’t get into the habit of duplicating your threads ??

Yes, with everything deactivated I cannot choose other theme.
I have the Twenty Fourteen theme installed, but I cannot select it.

By the bellow screen shot seems that I only have 1 theme installed.

You can deactivate your current theme by renaming its folder (via FTP), and that will force one of the default themes, such as Twenty Fourteen, to be activated.

And if after I have the Twenty Fourteen as current and I cannot change to any other theme?

You can change the theme by either uploading one or choosing from the selection offered.

Thanks for your reply.
I know how to upload or to change wordpress themes.
The issue here is that I have themes installed but I cannot select them.
