I cannot delete any lines

    Hi support,

    I have tried to delete some lines in the footer.php of a child theme. Unfortunately, I cannot delete them. The background color is dark blue and not white an I am not able to make any changes. How can I edit?

    Thanks for contacting our support. It seems you don’t have enough permissions to edit files. Your user may not be allowed to edit files. Please contact your website admin or server support.
