I cannot delete any of the twenty-twenty themes

    I had deleted all the twenty-twenty themes, but with the 6.1 update they all came back and now I cannot delete them, or update them. If I try to delete, I get an error, if I try to activate, I get an error because they are apparentlypartially uninstalled; if I try to update so I can delete, I get an error. When I went to try to delete through smtp, these folders are all showing up as LOCKED and I only have “read” permissions… WHAT IS THE DEAL? they are really screwing things up….

    Hi @lemlaw – are you able to connect to your site via WP CLI? If so, that may provide you with additional information about the themes and why you’re having trouble deleting them.

    they are really screwing things up….

    Inactive installed themes shouldn’t normally affect your live site in any way. I’m wondering what impact they’re having on your site, in case that sheds any light on what’s going on. In what way are the inactive themes causing issues for your site?
