I cannot delete the AMP plugin

Could you share your site URL and which version of the AMP plugin you are using?

Are you perhaps using WordPress multisite? If so you need to make sure a plugin is disabled on all sites, including the main site, before you can delete it.

That’s not specific to the AMP plugin, but is a feature of WordPress.
