i cannot download theme content

  • i would like to use this theme but with demo content.

    the document says so:

    Download the demo content “xml file”
    In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to Tools > Import
    On the right side, find “Run Importer” under “WordPress”

    but the link of xml file is not something downloadble. just a page with xml content

    how to solve this problem ?

    when i client on the link to download xml file i still have a page the opens with text it is not a downloadable file this is the begin of what i see

    Hi please save this file Press CTRL + S and save it. After save file go to dashboard then go to tool and then import this file.
