From what you are showing it looks like a plugin conflict. Please run the conflict test as described: https://wpmudev.com/blog/wordpress-plugin-conflicts-how-to-check-for-them-and-what-to-do/
Make sure to have a backup before doing any changes on the site or use the staging site for the test.
