I cannot exclude some plugin

after making it(WP Deferred JavaScripts) on my website I see both plugin not working with jQuery lazy load plugin and BetterOptin
Could you help me because I cannot exclude the javascript, I probably do something wrong but what?
I exclude jquery.lazyload.min.js but it is not working at all.
