I cannot Figure Out the Fee Charged on Transactions

  • I had a test transaction for $1,712 and expected to get charged a fee of 49.65 (2.9%) + 0.30c = $-49.95 and net $1,662.05 Instead I got charged $-75.63 (see link) and net $1,636.37 It says my base fee = (2.9% + $0.30) but the math doesn’t add up.

    What am I missing?

    Seeing as this is an issue concerning the WooCommerce Payments gateway,

    Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    In your ticket, please also include the System Status Report for your site along with the email address connected to your Payments account.

    You can find the System Status Report by going to WooCommerce → Status in your site’s WP-Admin.

    Click on Get system report and then click on Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it in your ticket.

    We will be able to help you further there.
