I cannot get the achievements tab to show on my buddyboss profile page

1) I cannot get the achievements tab to show. I have done everything. I have even completed a task just so it can show up on my profile page. I get a notification, but no achievements tab shows up.
>> BadgeOS achievments tabs shows automatically on buddypress profile pages if community add-on is configured and user have at least one earned badge. Also, please make sure the badge you earned on your staging site should not be hide to display on front-end. Go to badge edit page and check the hidden settings of badge.

2) second issue – my ranks page is not allowing me to set any steps. Is there something I am not doing right?
>> Click on help tab from top right of the rank edit page and make sure to enable rank requirement.

thank you for your reply however both of your suggestions have already been done.

For #1 I have earned several badges yet tab does not show up.

now for a new issue — when I try to create an achievement for a specific comment and I put the CORRECT post ID, for some reason when a person receives that achievement they also receive all the other achievements for different “specific comment types”

this is most frustrating. please help

It seems a conflict with any plugin/add-on on your server. Please elaborate the issue a bit more.
1) What version of BadgeOS plugin you are using?
2) What is the plugin stack on your server?
3) Have you followed the steps here for badgeOS version 3: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/badgeos-3-0-major-update/
4) Please provide us the steps to reproduce the issue
