I cannot import comments

  • Hello. I have the Pro version but was not getting the option to pull comments from Facebook. There was a note that I could re-authorise my comment if there were problems. But I did that and it got worse. No matter what I do, I’m stuck on the page with this notice:
    “Facebook Comments Importer PRO
    Setup Plugin in 3 easy steps:”
    Can you help me get use of your product once more? Thanks
