I cannot link a particular product to a new Size Chart – Cannot find the product

    Hi

    I cannot link a particular product to a new Size Chart – Cannot find the product

    When in particular Product and go to the bottom right section to LINK the Size chart, I type in Skinny Joggers and it ONLY FINDS the Skinny Camo Joggers Size Chart and NOT the other Size Chart called Skinny Joggers Size Chart.

    I have 2 separate Size Charts very similar name Skinny Camo Joggers and Skinny Joggers. Therefore even when typing in Skinny it will ONLY pickup 1 Size Chart called the Skinny Camo Joggers.

    The Skinny Joggers Size Chart exists and is saved. But the system cannot find it or pick it up. How do I fix this urgently please ?

    That is strange I cannot get it to see it at all . It doesn’t find it.

    I’ve tried 2 browsers. So you have been able to login to the website from your end ?

    Are you in the actual product where you’ve tried to link the Size Chart ?

    Or are you in the Size Chart where you tried to link the Product ?

    Which way ?

    Both ways won’t work at my end.

    When I go into the Size Chart, it won’t find the Product.

    When I go into the actual Product, it cannot find that Size Chart.

    Not sure HOW to fix it my end.

    Need to fix urgently for client.

    This type of issue might be for your site specific or you are using the custom type of products like Subscription Product.

    Hi HItendra

    We don’t have a Subscription product. Just a normal Woocommerce product. Can I somehow give you login details to have a look privately?

    It’s only happening on 1 product only that it cannot see OR link the Size Chart. We need it linked urgently as site is already live.
