I cannot login to my dashboard/redirected on login page

Hello everyone,

I am stuck at the login page I cannot go into my dashboard everytime I write my credentials the login pages stays the same but the url changes with redirect….something
Actually I looked everywhere and tried a lot of tricks and solutions online including this https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Login_Trouble#Site_URL_Redirecting and I am so desperate thats why I came here.
Now I cannot to login to my dashboard please help
