I cannot see my menus after creating them

    Somebody posted about this a year ago, with no resolution https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/i-cant-see-my-menus-after-creating-them

    I am creating menus in the Custom Menu screen. I had a custom menu before, but I now cannot see it in order to edit it. I have tried reinstalling WordPress (I am using version 4.1.1), but it has no effect.

    I know that my menu exists, because I cannot create a new one with the same name – the name conflicts with an existing Menu.

    Any suggestions are welcome.

    Hi. IT may be the menu page is in status unpublished/ hidden/ does not delete in trash if there is just like in Post Page area.

    For now, try to create another menu with the name synonyms to old name of a menu. For example, you cannot use the word “happy” then try to use the word “glad”.

    You can also use “Menu.” instead “Menu”.
