I cannot see the Custom Audience in plugin dashboard

  • After creating a custom audience in pixel caffeine I don’t see it in the plugin dashboard … the relative database table is empty… It is very important that it works for me

    Hi,

    do you have any error messages in the dashboard when you try to create a new custom audience? Is the custom audience created in your Facebook Ad account though?

    Also, please activate the debug mode in your WordPress installation (more info?https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Debugging_in_WordPress) and try to refresh the page, trying again to create the custom audience.
    Paste here the error code will appear so I can understand the reason of the issue and try to find a solution.
