    I installed WooCommerce recently but it doesn’t work properly.

    The radio button to select the payment method is not displayed.

    I think that the theme I’m using isn’t loading a specific css or something for wordpress (or woocommerce), but I can’t pinpoint it exactly.

    If anyone knows more about this, please let me know.

    My theme is a customized theme by a Japanese company.
    So, the structure is unique or old, but I do not know in details.
    Nobody can download the theme since it is for paid users only.

    Could you please tell me how to solve this problem?

    At first, activate WP default theme to check the issue is for the theme or not.
    Also, check if there is any plugin conflicts or not. Deactivate all your plugins then activate one by one to see any plugin causes the issue or not.

    I changed to WP default theme and everything works fine.
    But I have to use my customized theme.

    I changed to WP default theme and everything works fine.

    This indicates that the behaviour is being caused by the customized WordPress theme you’re using. The only way to resolve that would be to debug the theme you’ve created or if the theme was created by a third party developer have them debug the theme for you.

    We’ll also mark this forum topic as resolved as you managed to locate the culprit narrowing that down to a custom WordPress theme and not the WooCommerce plugin itself.
