I cannot upgrade

I have tried for n time to use your plugin with our site https://www.mondosol.com with a template made by templatic.

I have noticed that I cannot use all languages even when I select the upgrade option under the Settings tab.
I wanted to give it a shot because I know how cool is your plugin.

Unfortunately I have been able to use it because of some theme I am using and other solved issue. I will change my tranlsator over the Easy Translate and I will wait for your answer.
