I cannot verify my email address

    Hello guys,

    This is an ongoing issue for over a month.

    I cannot receive the verification email from word press settings. I have contacted my email and host provider and they claim that this is an issue cause by my email plugin.

    Can you please help?

    Hi @sociobrightwp,

    I’m sorry you’re having email issues with your site; we know all about those.

    Unfortunately this is not your emailing plugin; Easy Forms has no control over and customizes nothing with the email coming in and out of your site’s domain.

    I believe the plugins your host was talking about are plugins like WP Mail SMTP or Easy WP SMTP. These SMTP plugins, if configured incorrectly, will prevent your website from receiving emails.
