I can't access any Dashboard pages

Hi,

I think I’ve done something pretty stupid! While trying to sort out a problem with my website I tried changing the WordPress address and Site address in the General Settings page, thinking I could just change them back to what they were originally if what I was trying to do didn’t work.

When it didn’t work, I tried to change these back to what they started off as, the domain name. I now can’t access the dashboard at all (other than the general settings page but only by going back in my browser) or get to a login page. It’s also messed up the layout of the page and the content now appears to be in bullet points.

I’m pretty new to all of this and I’m now regretting my trial and error approach! Any help or suggestions of what I can do to sort this would be much appreciated.
