    Hello,

I can’t connect to my dashboard to finish to create my website (I didn’t connected to it since May I think, because I was so busy… But now I really want to work on it) I changed my email last summer and I think that I registered it with my deleted e-mail…

Can you give me a way to access to my dashboard please ?

    Thanks for your help

    Cordially

  • There are a few things you can try to regain access:

Check to make sure you’re using the correct login credentials (email address and password). If you’ve forgotten your password, you can try resetting it.

If you’ve recently changed your email address and registered it with your old email address, try using the old email address to log in.

If you’re still having trouble, you may need to contact the customer support team for the platform you’re using to create your website. They may be able to help you regain access to your account.

    I hope these suggestions help!

    Thank you for your suggestions,

first of all sorry for my English, hope you’ll understand me !

the problem is with the login credentials (I wrote everything to don’t forget. While I was working on it everything was OK, and now they don’t work at all). I also have tried my “secured URL” but it just access to my website as normal and not to the log-in page…

I tried to register with all the email address I had, and no one is working (I deleted/closed them from Gmail so it’s normal).

I am creating my website by myself (in a no code way), and I’m not a site builder at all… That’s why I hope I can have help from WordPress because my site is online and working. I just want to access to it again ! I can prove that it’s mine if needed.

In fact, I don’t want to buy a new domain…

Hope I can have more help.

    Thank you !

You may try a different way.
If you have access to the WordPress database, you can edit the user’s details directly. To do this:

Log in to your database using a tool like PHPMyAdmin.
    Navigate to the “wp_users” table.
Find the row for the user you want to edit.
Edit the relevant fields in that row (e.g., “user_pass” to reset the password).

Keep in mind that resetting a user’s password will also log them out of all active sessions, so they will need to use the new password to log in again.

Thank you, it helps a lot ! I think that it’s a better way for me !

But I can’t do it by myself (I tried in my cPanel and I found that it’s a bit hard for me, so I’m searching for someone who can do it).
If it’s an easiest way to do that it would be perfect, but I think that I ask too much… lol

Thanks again for your really helpful help

    Of course I understand !

I did what you said and it’s OK, I had the right login credentials !

Now I realize that I was not focusing on the real problem, I was trying to connect to my dashboard in the wrong place… Normally it’s (URL+wp-admin). I changed it for more security and I didn’t lost it !

But when I write that, I just have a normal access to my website (my coming soon page) and not the login page…

Do you have an idea how I can do to access to my login page please ?

    Thank’s for your patience !

You may remove the plugin that contains the login URL change feature.
To remove a WordPress plugin using the cPanel File Manager, follow these steps:

Log in to your cPanel and go to the “File Manager” section.
Navigate to the “wp-content” folder, then go to the “plugins” folder.
Find the plugin you want to remove and click on it to select it.
Click the “Delete” button in the top menu.
Confirm that you want to delete the plugin by clicking “OK” in the pop-up window.
Keep in mind that removing a plugin will also delete all of its associated data and settings.
