I cant access my worpress site anymore

    Hi.
    i change my wordpress address and site address to the IP address like 10.10.8.178/sitename from localhost/sitename. when i try it i cannot access it anymore so i can’t change it back to normal address, is there any other way to change it back to normal address like localhost/sitename.
    please help,
