I can't access the menu tab

  • Hi,

    in the admin interface, I can’t access the menu. I can access anything else, but with Menu I always get only a white page. Just before this happened, I changed a category name in ‘categories’ and the change didn’t show on the website, so I thought I’ll check it and since then I can’t access it.

    Have you tried:

    -deactivating ALL plugins. If the problem goes away, activate them individually to find the culprit?

    -switching to the default theme (Twenty Ten) by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes to rule out any theme-specific issue?
