• Hello, I’ve been trying to access my site so I can start working on it. I made a migration about two weeks ago from another domain with the same hosting. I requested support from my hosting provider, and they told me they had no problem with the site, that I should clean my browser data, and cleaned the whole cache. I did it, then I restarted the PC, and the problem remains. Could somebody please help me here? What else can I do?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello, kaivarros, & welcome.

    Try disabling a plugin called Site Ground Migration & see if that helps you.

    Please let us know.

    Hello, @abletec Thank you for your reply. I went through the wp-content files to disable the plugin, but it seems it is not there anymore or never was. I run the search option for it and nothing. Unfortunately, I can’t still access, and the hosting help desk keeps saying it is my cache.

    @kaivarros, when I type:
    https://taniarojasv.com/wp-login.php
    I’m pretty sure I know enough Spanish (or perhaps Portuguese)? to understand I’ve reached a login prompt.

    did you used a plugin called Site Ground Migrator to move your site?

    Did you put anything in your wp-config.php file regarding this plugin?

    If not, then the other possibility is that it added tables to your database which should be deleted. Generally speaking, most hosting providers give folks a way to access their database via a graphical interface, such as PHPMyAdmin. That way, you can browse the database to see if such an entry exists & delete the offending entries &/or tables if so.

    1 forum post I read said to check your media settings, &, if there’s a path there, to delete it. Also, you might try reinstalling the plugin to see if that fixes it.
