I can’t access wp-admin or my site

    Hello,

    After updating wordpress and plugins I can’t access my wordpress admin panel anymore at [www.qwikky.com/wp-admin
    It shows the following error website
    This site can’t be reached qwikky.com refused to connect.
    Try:

    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall
    ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

  • Is it after you updated the plugins that you saw the error or after you updated the WordPress version.

    I believe updating is one after the other. That is; you cant update WordPress version and plugins at the same time.

    The answer will help to decide what trigger the issue

    I would suggest you contact your hosting provider on this. If not, try to restore the backup copy of your website before the upgrade. Perhaps there is something wrong in the midst of the update.
