I cant add a new admin…Help please

  • Hi there,
    I have ProPhoto version 3, on 3 of my blogs ( yes I purchased twice ?? ) on my latest install I upgraded wordpress and all my plugins no problem and then did a manual upload of prpphoto 3 and again no problems.
    It all works well and edits ok except I cant add a user, If I try to add a user I get this message
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function _wp_get_user_contactmethods() in /var/www/vhosts/julesporter.com/httpdocs/blog/wp-admin/includes/user.php on line 368

    Any ideas please? I did try replacing the user.php but nothing

  • Try deactivating plugins one by one and see if one of them is causing the problem. If not, try and see if theme is the problem by using another theme. If that is not the case the installation might have gone wrong and a file got corrupted or missing. In that case upgrade or reinstall. Never forget to backup first though!

    If I need to reinstall, how do I do that ? I have the latest version
