    Hello Mehedi Hasan, thank you for answering my question. actually look at various things that go wrong.

    – Clients are not synchronized with the CRM.

    – I cannot add clients in accounting.

    – It is not possible to assign positions to employees only once I appeared

    I saw your video, I had already seen it in the documentation, I already deactivated all the add-ons and the same thing happens, I also went settings and allowed the automatic import of the new CRM user as an accounting client. on the other I go to the plugin audit and it appears as if I had added a new contact.

    I understand @dondemiveterinario; Assuming something else happening on your site that causes the problem. The problem you have mentioned is not persisting with the plugin actually- as I have double-checked all of them.

    Umm, not sure why this is happening to you unless debugging the problem. If you can debug the problem, please share the debugging lot with us or contact our official support center to ask for help for debugging.

    We want to get rid of the problems and enjoy the magical accounting that can be operated by a non-accounting person ??
